What are my delivery options?

What are the shipping costs?

Courier Service delivery is complimentary for orders at $350 and above. If your order is less than $350, the delivery will cost $15.

*Order must be completed before 3pm, if not delivery will occur on the following day.


What is the duration of the delivery?

Time: Between 10:00 – 22:00

For Same-Day Delivery, checkout before 3pm (Mon - Sun, excluding public holidays)

It is important to note that we deliver to the majority of Singapore addresses with the exception of:

• Alps Avenue/Airport Cargo

• Jurong Island

• Jurong Port

• PSA Terminals

• SAF Camps or Sensitive Homeland Defence Installations

• Sentosa Island

• Shipyards

Do not fret if you will not be home to receive your order; our courteous couriers will contact you prior to delivery.


Pickup from our Distribution Hub

You may place an order online and pick it up at our Distribution Hub.

Simply inform us in advance after placing the order online, and we ready your order for you.

However, hampers and certain other items may not be available for pickup.

Can I change my products or shipment address after placing an order?

We will do our best to facilitate your modification request, but it may result in a delivery delay. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to reject modifications due to operational constraints. If your shipping address changes, please contact us by 3 p.m.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major popular Internet payment modes.

Visa, MasterCard, and Amex are accepted at Checkout via the payment gateway.

We also accept PayNow to our UEN 202317748N Bonback Pte. Ltd.


Why am I back on the same payment page after submitting my payment information? What should I do?

Your session may have expired due to inactivity, and as a result, your order may have failed.  Please close the current payment page, log back into your account, verify the contents of Your Shopping Cart, and resubmit your order.


Goods & Services Tax

Prices on the website are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Our products have prestigious certifications from Thailand's governing bodies and ministries, such as HACCP, GMP, HALAL, THAILAND TRUST MARK, ISO, LAB TEST, and FDA NUMBER, as well as accreditations from Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and Singapore Customs.


Are the online products supplied fresh?

Yes. Merchandise sold online is stored in the same centrally located, temperature and humidity-controlled warehouse as that which is distributed to physical storefronts.
